How to add movie subtitles in VLC media player

VLC media player is one of the world's largest and best media players which supports all most all, It is playing any types of Audio and Video files. As it supports multiple Audio Mp3 and Video mp4 formats, people love to use VLC media player for Watching Videos, Movies etc., Then  If you are watching a movie or video which is not familiar then you may need to subtitles to understand The movie. There are many ways to Download Subtitles for a particular movie. In this article, I will explain to you   How to download Subtitles for Any movie in any type of  Language using VLC media player.
We can use VLsub extension of the VLC media player to download Subtitles and use it. VLSUB will search and download subtitles from Open subtitles by using the code of the movie/video currently playing or the title of the movie/video. Finding Subtitle for a movie isn't a big deal but VLsub extension can easily search for subtitles and download them with VLC media player very easily.
How To Add Subtitles For the VLC Media Player.
To download subtitles using VLsub You must need to just follow these simple steps to get video subtitles.
1. Download VLsub extension for the VLC media player.

2. When completing the downloading the zip file, Extract the file and copy vlsub.lua from the extracted folder.

If you click the Extract then you will see the below screen

3. Now you want to create a folder with name extensions in the main directory.
Go C:ProgramFiles + Video LAN  +  VL +Clua past the extract file here
4. After the folder is created, Paste the vlsub.Lua (which you’ve copied from extracted Folder) to extensions folder.
vlsub.lua should copy in this  C:Program FilesVideoLANVLCluaextensions

5. Now Play any movie in your VLC media player. Go to view and click on VLsub option.

6. Click on search by hash or search by name button to search for the movie/videos subtitle tracks. The subtitle which you think be the best for the movie/video and click on the Download selected button.

7. After subtitle is downloaded, you will see a success message subtitle loaded.
Then Subtitle will be automatically added to your movie/video and will start appearing in your movie/video.
